Willing Webcam is a webcam and screen capture tool. It can capture a region of your screen or the video from your web camera and broadcast it on the Internet in a variety of ways. It can upload video or image files to your web server via FTP or it can send them via e-mail or even MMS.
This isn't the simplest tool that I have tried that can capture your screen or web cam feed and upload it or broadcast it on the net. It has evident interface problems. The design isn't intuitive at all, and the UI becomes unresponsive at times. Advanced users will like that all the settings are easily accessible from the main window.
In my testing, I was unable to get the application to recognize my web camera. It is a standard Dell webcam built-in into my monitor and many applications have detected it and worked with it well in the past. The app was able to record my screen, both a single region and the full screen with no problems at all. It also was able to create an HTTP server that I could access from the Internet with the required port-forwarding. The FTP uploads worked well as well.
All in all, most of the features of this app worked well for me. I just had trouble getting my webcam to work with it.
Stream recorded or live video over the Internet or the local network.

but it dissapears if you let go of the buttons, they should have an option to keep the switcher screen after realising the shortcut button, but over all realy good.
